Join us for the switch on of the St David’s Hospice Tree of Lights in Llandudno. The tree is for everyone who has experienced loss, not just those who have received Hospice care. Dedicate a light on the tree to remember and celebrate the life of your loved one and help St David's Hospice provide free specialist end-of-life care.
