So you’ll be glad to know that you can shop till you drop in this part of North Wales.

Llandudno isn’t just a seaside resort.

Oh no.

Llandudno shopping is now North Wales’s premiere shopping destination, with swish, modern shopping centres including Parc Llandudno and all the big-name stores.

Llandudno shopping also has delightful speciality shops you’ll find in and around its canopied streets (the original covered ‘shopping experience’ invented by the Victorians, by the way).

Colwyn Bay has great shopping too.

Many of the excellent independent stores are family run.

If you’re looking for your high street favourites, we have those, too. And a large shopping mall with plenty of parking.

Or bag yourself a bargain at the street market held in the town centre every Tuesday and Saturday.

There’s a good choice of unique independent retailers in Deganwy where you can browse in antique shops or find an outfit for that special occasion.

Rhos-on-Sea, a charming small seaside town, has lots of choices too.

There’s a farm shop stuffed with fresh produce, a great choice of cafes, shops specialising in antiques, home accessories and jewellery…there’s even a shop selling period costumes, the perfect fit for such a retro place.

Conwy’s well preserved ancient walls enclose a town of narrow streets, nooks and crannies chock-full of historic buildings.

The perfect backdrop for a shopping trip.

The temptations on offer include an award-winning chocolate shop, ‘Britain’s Best Butcher and trendy antiques and galleries.

Don’t think that retail therapy ends along the coast.

Regular street markets are still held in the historic market town of Llanrwst.

You’ll also find a range of speciality shops, including Blas ar Fwyd, one of the best delis in Wales.

Its unique collection of independent shops and galleries include places selling outdoor gear, crafts and gifts.

It’s a popular walking centre but people also come here just to shop – in spring, summer, autumn and winter.
