Getting Around Conwy
Don’t worry if you haven’t come by car. You’ll find a wealth of public transport options when travelling around our region. And even if you have arrived by car there are many good reasons to park it up, sit back and let someone else do the driving.
Local bus/train services.
They’re plentiful and easy to use. Pick up a copy of the bus/train timetable from a Tourist Information Centre.

Explore Wales Pass is valid for four days travel within an 8 day period to anywhere in Wales by train and on selected bus operators.
North Wales Rover

Fflecsi Conwy
Fflecsi Conwy - fflecsi is a different way to travel by bus and an exciting new service we’re offering in partnership with your local bus operators.
Another good one-stop shop for all public transport in Wales is Traveline Cymru.
Conwy Valley railway line
This scenic railway runs from Llandudno into the heart of Snowdonia – the perfect way to travel if you want a day-trip into the mountains.

Snowdon Sherpa. It’s the green way to go. Park the car and hop on a Sherpa bus in Betws-y-Coed. Sherpa buses operate on a cleverly designed joined-up network tailored to easy, eco-friendly exploration of Snowdonia that’s ideal for walkers and sightseers.
On two wheels. Our area has some of the best and most varied cycle routes in the UK. Bring your own bike – or hire one when you get here. More information from the National Cycle Network website or from the Biking Conwy website.
