Tourist Information Centres

You know what they always say, don’t you? For the best advice ask a local. We can go one better than that, for the local advice you get on where to go and what to do from our Tourist Information Centres comes with a helpful range of other services too:

• Accommodation Booking Service: Online or face to face. Whether booking in advance for a conference, group bookings or for your individual bookings on arrival.

• Retail Outlet: for those important special gifts. More than souvenirs we stock a range of Books, local crafts, food and drink produce and Welsh Language gifts and cards.

• Booking Agents: For local tour operators e.g. City Sightseeing.

• Local transport advice and bus timetables.

• Information distribution point for maps, guides and local attractions.

We have a number of Tourist Information Centres spread across Conwy County at the following locations: 

• Conwy Tourist Information Centre

• Llandudno Tourist Information Centre

• Betws-y-Coed Tourist Information Centre
