Bryn Derwen

About

The Bryn Derwen bed and breakfast is ideally located on level ground at the foot of the Great Orme on a quiet tree lined avenue between Llandudno’s two bays. An easy stroll to the north promenade and town where an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops await you. The west shore is a quieter promenade where views towards Conwy and Snowdonia can be taken.

This bed and breakfast is an elegant house that was originally built as a holiday home by a wealthy Victorian family in 1878, it has been caringly converted and updated to retain all of the original character and features. Bryn Derwen has a relaxing, intimate and unique atmosphere.

Guests can enjoy a lounge with an open fire, glass atrium and a pretty walled rear garden and patio area with a comfortable garden suite whilst reading or enjoying a drink from the licensed bar. The spacious graceful breakfast room overlooks the colourful front garden and all guests have their own individual table. Special dietary requirements and preferences are catered for as breakfasts are freshly cooked to order.

The Bryn Derwen has a beautiful ornate staircase that leads to nine individually designed en-suite bedrooms with all the facilities you would expect from a five star bed and breakfast. There are a selection of standard doubles rooms, large doubles/super king rooms and twin rooms.

The location of the Bryn Derwen offers unrestricted street parking along with the benefit of a free private carpark at the rear. There is also a secure garage for cycles and motorbikes.

The owners Mark and Lyn have acquired a reputation for first class service and pristine housekeeping and look forward to welcoming you soon.
