Join St David’s Hospice at the prestigious Conwy Golf Club for a full day of golf and hospitality. Teams of 4 are welcomed with a breakfast roll and refreshments, followed by 18 Holes on the Championship Links course with on course snacks. Following your game, enjoy a 3 course dinner in the clubhouse with a prize presentation, raffle and auction.
