Join us for the switch on of the St David’s Hospice Tree of Lights in Rhos-on-Sea. The tree is for everyone who has experienced loss, not just those who have received Hospice care. Dedicate a light on the tree to remember and celebrate the life of your loved one and help St David's Hospice provide free specialist end-of-life care.
