Open Doors 2024

About

Surrounded by sheep fields alongside the beautiful Conwy River, St Mary’s still retains the prayerful simplicity intended by Cistercian monks who founded it in the early Middle Ages. There are ancient yew trees and this was also the site of Canovium Roman fort. There will be a display of the Roman history of the Caerhun site and refreshments will be offered.
